Billing Authorization
I authorize Miss Keira Productions to electronically charge my credit card on the first day of each month. Our flat rate tuition system is designed for our clients to pay the exact same amount each month. We do not charge extra for months with an extra lesson week and we do not prorate for months with holidays and school closures. This way, everything balances out and each student gets 48 lessons per calendar year. I understand that by typing my name below, it serves as an electronic signature for recurring monthly payments of $600 to be debited on the first day of each month. To stop recurring payments, please cancel at least 7 business days prior to the next billing cycle.
